Trusting yourself isn’t an overnight quick-fix, kind of thing. 

It takes real commitment to creating any kind of lasting transformation. That’s why most people never quite get off the starting block. They don’t take the time, they don’t put in the effort and they don’t learn to push past the barriers of the mind in order to overcome the resistance. 

They stay stuck. Unsatisfied. Unfulfilled. Losing Momentum.
