15 Feb I Wasn’t Sure…

I wasn’t sure if I could make this work.

I wasn’t sure if this opportunity was right for me and if it would help me take my next big leap.

I wasn’t sure if I had what it took.

And so I took a deep breath and I listened to my Soul, instead of my Ego … And I said yes.

Becoming the lead facilitator at iLab Accelerator Retreat for Entrepreneurs, after being the student here only 5 months ago was a leap of momentous levels.

For me.

For my business and my clients.

For Roger Hamilton and the incredible team that make iLab happen.

But since throwing myself into the training, devouring all of the learning material and grabbing the opportunity with both hands, I have grown in ways I could never have imagined.

I have learnt more in these past 10 days than I have in any classroom.

The delicate dance of human connection.

The needs and wants of different personalities.

The various learning styles of inspiring entrepreneurs.

The importance of the constance of change.

The steps needed to help business owners move from surviving to playing a bigger game.

The power of being in the vortex and the way life and business flows – even more.

And as a result I am better. And I am becoming better still.

Not always getting it right but learning from my mistakes.

I have found the gaps in my business and now I know how to plug them… And to show others how to plug theirs too.

I have seen firsthand the significance of having the right team, the right partners on your side.

I have allowed myself to expand and in the process manifested outcomes that have opened doors.

I have been given a privilege position as lead facilitator at this iLab and realised the massive value of it to my life, to my business and to how it can help my clients.

I believed in better and it has come to pass.

And now I get to bring it home to you.
